Job summary

Truist Wealth in the United States is seeking a service-focused professional to complete client transactions accurately and maintain thorough records while delivering superior service. You will identify client financial needs and guide them through digital self-service options, including ATM use, online and mobile banking.

This role supports sales through outreach and referrals, and emphasizes compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales via outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
