Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of cash-handling, retail, or teller experience required; sales/referral experience preferred.
• Must comply with all banking laws including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client interactions emphasizing accuracy, speed, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and personalized engagement.
• Handle client transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, credit card advances, money orders, and loan payments.
• Respond to client servicing requests such as account maintenance and service charge inquiries.
• Build and grow client relationships through high-quality, personalized interactions, in-person and via outbound calls.
• Educate clients on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM) to promote self-service adoption.
• Refer clients to internal business partners as needs are identified.
• Support financial center operations including opening/closing, vault, night depository, cash drawer setup, workstation prep, balancing.
• Assist in managing operational loss through fraud detection and maintaining balancing standards.
• Uphold risk management, compliance, and security standards.
