Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of cash-handling, retail, or teller experience required.
• Previous sales and referral experience strongly preferred.
• Must comply with all banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client interactions focusing on accuracy, speed, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and personalized engagement.
• Handle client transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, and loan payments.
• Respond to servicing requests such as account maintenance and service charge inquiries with product knowledge.
• Build and grow client relationships through in-person and outbound interactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Refer clients to internal partners when financial needs are identified.
• Support front-line operations including opening/closing, vault management, night depository, cash drawer setup, and balancing.
• Assist in loss prevention, overrides, and maintaining balancing standards.
• Uphold risk management, compliance, and security standards.
• Uphold professionalism in appearance and workstation organization.
• Manage lobby traffic by greeting and directing clients.
• Perform research, special projects, and other duties as assigned by management.
