Job summary

Gallagher seeks a motivated sales professional to grow revenue by selling to small- and mid-size clients. You will service clients, participate in team sales with other producers, and support account management. You may manage client relationships and develop staff in sales scenarios.

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with insurance licensing; GSIP path acceptable; professional designations (CEBS/CPCU/CIC/ARM) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years experience; insurance licensing required.
• GSIP participation with required licensing is acceptable.
• Preferred professional designations: CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.

Responsibilities

• Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients.
• Provides service to clients according to their needs and retains them.
• Participates in team sales situations with producers and support personnel.
• May manage overall client relationships with day-to-day account management support.
• Develops and maintains interdivision/intercompany relationships.
