Job summary

Truist Ardmore, PA is seeking a customer-facing teller/service role in its Retail Community Bank. You will engage clients, conduct transactions, and educate them about digital banking options to enhance their experience.

The position emphasizes service excellence, outbound outreach, and collaboration with branch teams. You will support sales, follow controls, and participate in ongoing product knowledge training.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use a PC keyboard and standard office software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and possible locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with some travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy while identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outreach, checking offers, and referring opportunities to branches or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, staying updated on policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, handling volume based on branch needs.
