Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of Teller or banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services.
• Ability and desire to develop consumer lending skills.
• Ability to handle cash, balance accounts and drawers accurately.
• NMLS licensing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open consumer and business accounts for clients.
• Identify needs and refer clients to appropriate bank partners.
• Provide excellent client service and timely responses.
• Resolve client issues with proactive solutions.
• Fill in teller functions when needed and support branch goals.
