PrestigePEO is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the primary contact for client HR needs and provide day-to-day HR guidance for worksite employees. You will coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance teams to deliver comprehensive HR services and ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and strong relationship management.

The role emphasizes onboarding, employee engagement, policy development, and effective use of technology tools.

Qualifications

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Minimum three years of HR Generalist or related experience.
• Previous PEO industry and/or client service delivery experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (business administration or human resources) preferred
• Broad knowledge of Human Resources including General HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Risk Management, Retirement Services, and Client Support
• Multi-state compliance experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for clients’ human resources needs, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Provide account management for clients as it relates to Prestige services.
• Oversee other dedicated client resources to ensure coordinated service delivery
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships with clients and brokers.
• Conduct client visits (virtual and in-person) to develop and enhance client satisfaction
• Engage Payroll Specialists, Benefits Specialists, and other internal colleagues as needed to address client and worksite employee needs
• Act as a resource and advisor to clients on human resources matters such as onboarding, employee engagement, relations, performance management, and termination
• Manage employee handbook creation, training initiatives, and policy development
• Learn and develop competence with technology applications and tools
• Conduct PrestigePRO product demonstrations for clients and provide product information for partners
• Support HR processes to ensure accurate, timely service delivery
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve client/worksite issues
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and employees
• Foster teamwork with HR colleagues to promote best practices
• Attend HR meetings and workshops
• Participate in special projects within HR Client Services
• Other duties as assigned
• Travel to clients possible
