Truist Miami Beach seeks a client-focused professional to provide timely, accurate handling of transactions and excellent service. You will learn and apply digital banking tools and support outbound calls to identify client needs and opportunities, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

The role emphasizes IRM collaboration, adherence to controls, and ongoing product knowledge development, with potential for weekend hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation during transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self‑service banking options.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
