Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates preferred.
• Prior banking or teller experience a plus.
• Strong numerical and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and handle deposits/withdrawals accurately.
• Process loan payments, utilities, and other transactions per policy.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain confidentiality.
• Open/close procedures and assist customers in person or by phone.
• Direct clients to appropriate branch personnel when needed.
• Adhere to BSA/AML and bank policies; report discrepancies.
