SmartBank in Tennessee is seeking a Branch Teller/Client Associate to welcome clients, answer questions, and handle everyday banking tasks with accuracy and discretion.

You will process deposits and withdrawals, balance a cash drawer, and advise customers on SmartBank products while safeguarding confidentiality and compliance. This role supports branch operations and requires good math and communication skills, with Saturday availability and potential branch travel.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of banking experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and acknowledge clients warmly, directing them to proper branch personnel.
• Assist clients in person or on the telephone with questions or concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of SmartBank products and services.
• Process deposit/withdrawal transactions and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Process loan payments, utility payments, and other services following procedures.
• Maintain client confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies.
