Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel appreciated.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts, while complying with policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options through Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with our experts.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices, while following bank policies.
