JPMorgan Chase in Utah seeks an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted client relationships. You will use Chase's digital tools and branch services to help clients reach their financial goals.

You will open accounts, service existing relationships, and collaborate with the branch team to provide seamless experiences while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations, delivering attentive service.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while following bank procedures.
