Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices in accordance with bank policies.
