Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Charleston to deliver welcoming, attentive service and help clients achieve their financial goals. You will open new accounts, assist with daily transactions, and promote technology tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to enhance the client experience.

You will work with the branch team to build trusted relationships, provide accurate product knowledge, and uphold banking policies while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience delivering client service and resolving issues.
• Ability to learn banking products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment, greet clients, manage lobby flow with the tablet, check-in, and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts per policy.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following policies and procedures.
