Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, deliver attentive service and leverage digital banking solutions to meet financial needs. You will help clients open accounts, manage transactions, and connect them with appropriate products while upholding our brand values.

Based in our West Virginia branch, you will collaborate with teammates to provide seamless service, educate clients on Chase Mobile App and online platforms, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive banking experience.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with using digital banking tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel heard and cared for, leveraging a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including the usage of technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions – partnering with other branch team members to help achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
