Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate client transactions and a distinctive service experience.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support outbound client outreach and refer needs to branch staff.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist with new account openings and issue resolution as needed.
• Engage in ongoing product knowledge training and meetings.
• Work weekends and extended hours as required.
