Responsibilities

Proactive Sales Engagement: Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, with an emphasis on deposit accounts, loans and lines of credit, and referrals to other lines of business within the Bank.
Growth Focus: Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guiding clients through deposit and loan options, opening deposit accounts, and taking loan applications.
Client-Centric Financial Advice: Provide personalized financial advice that aligns with clients’ short- and long-term goals.
Referrals: Deepen relationships with additional products and services and refer to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking.
Proactive Client Outreach: Regularly call clients and prospects to offer tailored financial solutions.
Sales Leadership: Coach associates on sales, referrals, products and services.
