Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and a client-first mindset. You will deliver attentive service, educate clients on banking solutions, and help them achieve financial goals through personal interactions and digital tools.

You will work with a branch team to ensure smooth operations, manage account servicing and new accounts, and uphold regulatory requirements. A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong communication and teamwork valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Assist with account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while following policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations-related tasks such as cash handling and using cash devices in accordance with bank policies.
