Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming branch environment with attentive service.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like mobile app and online banking.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank procedures.
