Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Weekend/extended hours with possible travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and complex transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs and online banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referring opportunities to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Advance product knowledge to better serve consumers and business clients.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies.
