Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, high-quality service and leverage digital banking tools to meet clients’ financial needs. You will play a key role in opening and servicing accounts while adhering to regulatory requirements and bank policies.

You will build trusted client relationships, listen carefully to understand goals, and partner with team members to provide tailored solutions and a seamless banking experience across channels.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or equivalent.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Clear and polite communication to understand and help clients.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the lobby experience.
• Open accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options like mobile app and online banking.
• Develop trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies and procedures.
