Allen & Allen is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant to manage client case files from intake through settlement or litigation. The role emphasizes client care, organization, and collaboration with Attorneys or Claims Consultants to achieve the best outcomes.

The candidate should have at least two years of legal support experience, strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities, and familiarity with case management systems.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and paralegal qualification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience as a legal assistant or paralegal.
• Strong interpersonal skills for frequent client and team communication.
• Experience with high-volume, complex cases and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with a case management system and legal document preparation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate intake and case information.
• Support attorneys/claims consultants from intake through settlement or litigation.
• Organize medical records, reports, and case documents.
• Prepare correspondence, pleadings, summaries, and court filings.
• Maintain and audit case files and calendar, with timely updates to clients and staff.
