Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and understanding client needs to help meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to policies and procedures.
