Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow, using a tablet to manage the queue and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge – collaborating with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
