Job summary

Family Options, Inc is seeking Client Support & Care Staff for per-diem positions in Prospect, Connecticut. You will provide essential support to clients, assisting them with daily living activities and ensuring their safety.

The ideal candidate must have valid CT Driver's License, a high school diploma, and previous experience with developmental challenges. Training in CPR and first aid is required, and you will eventually complete a Medication Certification program.

Qualifications

• Valid CT driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Successful completion of Medication Certification program.
• Minimum of two years of experience with individuals with developmental and/or behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide habilitative assistance and care to clients.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of service.
• Teach and assist clients in daily living activities.
• Ensure accurate record keeping of services provided.
