Job summary

IMPACT, Inc. in Connecticut is seeking a Direct Support Professional for a full-time position. You will support individuals in health, well-being, and development, following agency plans and promoting social inclusion, working alongside a dedicated team.

The role requires a CT driver's license with reliable vehicle, CPR/First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration Certification, plus the physical ability to assist and intervene when needed. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CT Driver's License with reliable vehicle and CT registration
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degrees preferred
• CPR/First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration Certification required or obtainable
• Physical capabilities to perform required tasks and safety interventions

Responsibilities

• Follow agency policies and participate in related goals and plans to promote inclusion and growth
• Ensure health, well-being, and development of individuals we serve
• Assist in creation, implementation, and updating of Positive Behavior Support Plans and ISP goals
• Collaborate with staff to provide quality care and support
