Responsibilities

• Provides high quality, client-centered services to children and their families.
• Demonstrates competency in child development, substance use, trauma-informed care.
• Delivers case management, education, referral, and crisis support as indicated.
• Collaborates with other providers to support client/family needs.
• Works with staff during clinical crises and connects families to community supports.
• Participates in treatment and discharge planning; documents contacts in client records.
