Right at Home Northern Virginia in Fairfax is seeking a Client Care Supervisor to oversee staffing, mentor caregivers, and communicate with clients and their families. Start immediately with the goal of transitioning to a permanent, full-time role, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and retaining high-quality caregivers to increase billable hours.

Job Summary:

Responsible for all tasks associated with staffing, communicating with and mentoring caregivers, and communicating with clients and their family members. Start working right away with the goal of transitioning to a permanent, full-time role. The primary business objective is to provide excellent customer service, mentor and retain high-quality caregivers, and increase our billable hours to meet business objectives.

40 hours per week in Fairfax office - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
