Job summary

Mutual Bancorp and its Subsidiaries seeks a Client Care Specialist I to deliver superior client service via inbound/outbound calls and emails. You will resolve inquiries, document interactions, and protect client information while supporting online/mobile banking and other departments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Training covers Mutual Bancorp products and security policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; willingness to pursue higher education.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Superior customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use multiple computer programs and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of online/mobile banking platforms and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding accounts and Mutual Bancorp products.
• Document interactions in CRM accurately reflecting conversations and resolutions.
• Authenticate clients per guidelines and identify potential fraud.
• Assist in client support for online/mobile banking and telephone banking.
• Provide support for other departments as needed.
• Suggest products using client need-based assessment while ensuring high service levels.
• Meet service level deadlines and adhere to privacy and regulatory policies.
