Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of client servicing experience.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Regulatory requirements per Loan Originator Compensation rule of TILA.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls for routine inquiries and low complexity requests.
• Deliver care through exceptional client service to create a differentiating client experience.
• Investigate and resolve client questions across care center, branches, and lines of business.
• Educate clients on bank products and self-service options.
• Identify and elevate bank errors and regulatory concerns when applicable.
• Follow policies and procedures to protect clients and Truist from risk.
• Pursue ongoing personal and professional growth and development.
