Job summary

Modalways is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative for immediate hire to support client communication and service operations. This role focuses on handling client inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

As a full-time, W-2 employee in Miami, you will respond to inquiries via phone and email, document interactions, and help onboarding and service support for new clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a professional office environment.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
• Document customer interactions and maintain organized service records
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns
