Job summary

Visiting Angels of Fort Worth & Southlake is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to match caregivers to clients based on skills and availability, establish initial schedules, and manage ongoing adjustments.

You will track scheduling metrics, participate in on-call rotations, and serve as the bridge between clients, caregivers, and leadership to maintain compassionate, reliable care. A high school diploma and proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least two years of office experience.
• Scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and compatibility.
• Establish initial schedules for new clients and manage ongoing adjustments.
• Fill open shifts and report unfilled hours.
• Track and report key scheduling metrics.
• Participate in the scheduling on-call rotation.
• Introduce new clients to services and assigned caregivers.
• Orient caregivers to assigned cases, expectations, and client preferences.
• Provide ongoing remote supervision and support.
• Advocate for caregivers by addressing concerns and recognizing strong performance.
• Communicate positive client feedback and coordinate recognition efforts.
• Enter and manage approved time off.
• Receive, document, and escalation of complaints, incidents, and care concerns
