Qualifications

• Experience using scheduling software to assign caregivers to clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand plans of care for clients.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver-client pairings ensuring appropriate skill matching.
• Maintain schedules and ensure shifts are covered with adequate lead time.
• Review and approve timesheets and organize daily payroll inputs.
• Communicate with CEO, Care Manager, Recruiter and staff to resolve scheduling issues.
• Manage and update daily journals and client/caregiver records.
• Support office staff and participate in weekly meetings.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email.
