Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service in an animal setting, familiarity with veterinary terminology, and the ability to manage multi-line phones, scheduling, and basic transactions while upholding our high standards of care and client

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• At least one year of customer service experience in an animal hospital.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and protocols.
• Manage cash handling and financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets, creating a welcoming front-desk experience.
• Manage multi-line phone systems and document information.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments; check-in and check-out with proper documentation.
• Coordinate team communication and alert departments when patients arrive.
• Maintain clean, organized reception area and accurate patient records.
