Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Client Service Manager at the Austin Medicaid Office to lead a branch segment, oversee caregiving teams, and drive service quality.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, and on-call support while focusing on client and referral source satisfaction. On-site, Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation; salary $45k-$48k annual, based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 hours or more of college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a segment of the branch team.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the assigned Team staff, including recruiting, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Ensure on-call oversight and support for clients and field staff needs.
• Identify and source cross-referral opportunities within the branch.
