AccentCare is seeking a Client Service Manager for the Austin Medicaid Office. The role includes coordinating day-to-day service delivery, supervising staff, and driving client and referral source satisfaction.

The position is on-site, with an on-call rotation and a salary between $45,000 and $48,000 per year. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, 60+ college credit hours, and 2+ years of supervisory healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• 60 hours or more of college coursework.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a segment of the branch team.
• Manage overall operations to meet satisfaction goals and business objectives.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and compliance for the team.
• Ensure on-call coverage and cross-referral opportunities.
