Job summary

AccentCare in South Holland is seeking a Client Care Liaison for our Personal Care Services. This full-time, on-site role supports insurance payer interactions, eligibility verifications, and service authorizations to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED; home health care experience is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with insurance payers and MLTC (Managed Long-Term Care plans).
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage.

• Resolve billing, claims, and reimbursement issues.
• Stay informed of payer policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
• Monitor authorization and reimbursement activity for process improvements.
• Support community outreach and health plan marketing activities.
