Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Client Care Liaison for our South Holland Office, serving Joliet and Melrose Park. The role is full-time with no remote work, and the schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

You will manage payer relationships, verify insurance eligibility, and secure service authorizations for home care services. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, home health care experience preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Previous home health care or home care experience highly desirable.
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with insurance payers and MLTC (Managed Long-Term Care plans).
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
• Secure and track service authorizations for home care services.
• Resolve billing, claims, and reimbursement issues.
• Stay informed of payer policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
• Monitor authorization and reimbursement activity for process improvements.
• Support community outreach and health plan marketing activities.
