Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• 2–3 years of leadership/management experience in customer service, veterinary medicine, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with technology and practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Client Care Representative (CCR) team.
• Manage daily front office operations and workflow.
