Job summary

PetVet Care Centers' Hope Advanced Veterinary Center is seeking a Care Coordinator Supervisor to join our team. This working leader oversees patient access, front office operations, and the Care Coordination team to ensure exceptional client experiences and efficient scheduling.

You will supervise Care Coordinators, manage provider schedules in the PMS, and collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to improve workflows and patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with scheduling, staffing coordination, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Care Coordinators across hospital services.
• Create and manage Care Coordinator schedules to ensure staffing coverage.
• Oversee client experience from initial contact through discharge.
• Maintain provider schedules within the PMS and ensure scheduling accuracy.
• Oversee financial transactions and ensure accuracy of payments and refunds.
• Collaborate with Nursing Director and hospital leadership to improve communication and workflows.
