Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative at Companion Oak Park to guide the hospital's front desk operations and champion outstanding client experiences. In this working-leader role, you’ll coach the CSR team, handle scheduling, and ensure accurate records while upholding our service standards.

You bring a minimum of 2 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and familiarity with scheduling systems and POS platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills with scheduling systems and POS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, professional and empathetic.
• Lead, senior, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or multi-location service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and perform core CSR duties including scheduling and front desk tasks.
• Coach and onboard new CSRs with real-time feedback and development plans.
• Serve as the first escalation point for client concerns and service recovery.
• Foster cross-team collaboration across technicians, veterinarians, and leadership.
• Oversee daily front desk coverage and maintain accurate scheduling and records.
• Uphold hospital values with a calm, supportive presence during high-volume periods.
