Job summary

Senior Helpers – Holly Springs is seeking a dedicated Client Care & Care Team Manager to foster strong relationships with clients and families, support caregivers, and ensure high-quality service.

You will be the human bridge coordinating with the operations team, scheduling, RN/clinical staff, caregivers, clients, and families to maintain continuity of care and exceptional client experiences.
