Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC in Hilton Head Island, SC seeks a Client Care Manager to guide client-related activities, lead inquiry management, intake, client care, and quality assurance for staff and clients.

This role focuses on building a positive office culture, maintaining client files and communications, collaborating to enhance satisfaction and revenue growth, and handling after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory or management experience in home care or health-related setting.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Possess at least two years experience in healthcare or home care, working with the elderly, disabled, or individuals requiring supportive services.
• Proficiency in computer skills (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• Knowledge of scheduling software (AxisCare or similar) and CRM as well as AI (preferred).
• Well-honed time management skills.
• Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Care consultations
• Client communication
• Home/Quality Assurance visits
• Customer service, including service recovery challenges
• Work collaboratively with the office
• Help with inbound calls from both clients and care professionals
• Support with Referral partners/marketing events as needed
• Recommend additional service hours when needed
• Willingness to help as needed after hours and on weekends
• Weekly reporting of accountabilities
