SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking a Director of Client Services in New York to lead our client services team, drive growth, retention, and service excellence, and build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers.

You will manage client service strategy, supervise coordinators, collaborate on care planning, scheduling, and billing, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in home healthcare.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing client service strategies.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client service strategies to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction
• Lead a team of client service coordinators, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolution of client concerns
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and other care organizations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of client services, including care planning, scheduling, and billing
• Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
