Job summary

Senior Helpers of Central NC seeks a Client Service Manager to lead and grow client services across the franchise, including converting leads and retaining clients.

You will onboard new clients, coordinate care plans, reassess existing clients, monitor satisfaction, and optimize caregiver assignments with the Scheduler.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in customer service or management; strong communication and organizational skills; MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in customer service, client services and management, sales, and account management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to build rapport with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and respond to service inquiries; coordinate care plans and onboarding.
• Reassess existing clients and monitor satisfaction; manage caregiver assignments with Scheduler and Care Team Manager.
• Maintain client retention dashboards and identify growth opportunities to meet company goals.
