Patience In-Home Care in Minnesota is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support the Business Office Manager, manage client care, interview and onboard caregivers, and assist with HR and payroll tasks. The CCC will also wear a marketing hat to grow client prospects, maintain client and caregiver relationships, and help design processes, with compensation reflecting skills and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Contribute administrative support: phones, emails, paperwork, file organization.
• Conduct interviews and oversee staff training/orientation.
• Negotiate quotes/terms with clients and prospective staff salaries.
• Complete home visits and manage intake process end-to-end.
• Identify client care needs and educate prospects on services.
• Maintain relationships with clients, case managers, and business partners.
