Job summary

hcaoa-careers is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support client satisfaction and safety through regular client meetings, by phone or in person. This role focuses on quality of care and adherence to agency policies.

The CCC works closely with the Agency Administrator to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, delivering compassionate care while maintaining documentation and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new and existing clients regularly, by phone or in person, to assess needs and ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Ensure care quality aligns with agency policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate with the Agency Administrator to maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

The Client Care Coordinator is an unlicensed person who meets with new and existing clients on a regular basis, via phone or in person meetings, to ensure client satisfaction, safety and quality of and type of care provided. The CCC conforms to all agency policies and procedures and works in tandem with Agency Administrator to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal client regulations.
