ComForCare Home Health Care - Texas Hill Country is seeking a Client Care Coordinator. This unlicensed role involves meeting with clients regularly, either by phone or in person, to ensure satisfaction, safety, and the quality and type of care provided.

You will work in tandem with the Agency Administrator to ensure all applicable state and federal client regulations are followed. The position emphasizes client relationship management, adherence to policies, and collaboration within the agency
