Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• One year of client servicing work experience (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office and ability to work across multiple platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and grammar.
• Regulatory requirements under Truth in Lending Act Loan Originator Compensation rule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and create a differentiating experience for internal and external clients.
• Investigate and resolve client requests across care centers, branches, and lines of business.
• Use a consultative approach to educate clients about bank products and services.
• Identify and elevate bank errors or regulatory concerns posing risk.
• Inform clients about self-service options using Truist technologies.
• Follow policies, procedures, regulations, and laws to manage risk.
• Engage in ongoing personal and professional growth and BRG activities.
