Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client support is recommended.
• Scheduling or staffing coordination experience is preferred.
• Healthcare or home health knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Maintains a current awareness of field staff capabilities to ensure appropriate case assignments.
• Demonstrates good judgment in assigning duties that match each clinician’s qualifications, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery.
• Maintains an active involvement in cost containment; effectively utilizes clinicians when assigning cases.
• Demonstrates an ability to identify and solve problems; uses initiative and good judgment to reach quality decisions.
• Communicates effectively and listens actively to clinicians and clients.
• Maintains rapport with clients and clinicians and promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships.
• Works after-hours on-call on some days including weekends/holidays per business need.
• Exercising necessary cost control measures.
• Strive to maintain positive internal and external customer service relationships.
• Convey information accurately, listen effectively and ask questions when clarification is needed.
• Plan and organize work effectively and ensure its completion.
• Arrive on time and observe breaks within expected time frames.
• Meet productivity requirements and promote a team-oriented environment.
• Represent the organization professionally and seek continual process improvements.
